Shipment Confirmations

All orders will have tracking information sent via email once the shipment has been processed and tracking information has been received. The shipment will not be traceable until the next day on the shipping carrier’s site.

Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

There is no guarantee of same-day shipment on any order. [Name] strives to ship on the same day when possible and will do our best to process and ship urgent orders as quickly as possible.

Shipment Processing

Shipments are processed during regular business days: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST. Business days exclude weekends and holidays for shipment processing. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 days of receipt of your order and payment unless otherwise notified.

Shipping is handled through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The rates shown are estimates only, and the final shipping costs will be updated when your order is finalized.

Shipping Methods

Shipping is standard ground service unless otherwise requested. Transit times within the continental United States from our warehouses are estimated at 7-14 business days, excluding the day of shipment. We offer expedited shipping options for most items on our site. If you place an order for an item that is not immediately available, you will have the option to change your shipping method or cancel the order.

Shipping Locations

Items may ship directly from our warehouse or may be sent directly from our suppliers or manufacturers to you.

Signature Options

Orders will be shipped with no signature required for delivery. If you would like a signature to be required upon delivery, please specify this on the order documentation or in the notes section during checkout. Additional shipping costs will apply for this option.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages. Once the item has shipped, any claims for missing or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Special Items and Notifications

Some items may not be available for same-day processing and shipping. These items include, but are not limited to, items not stocked and shipping directly from our supplier or manufacturer, as well as any special order or custom items. You will be notified via email if your item is not able to be processed the same day.
