Store Credit for Returns
[Name] offers store credit for returns. Items can be returned within 7 days after they have been delivered. Items must be in perfect condition within 7 days to receive an exchange or store credit. Our jewelry, bikinis, bodysuits, gift cards, sale/discounted items, and activewear are final sale.Please contact us regarding any returns/exchanges, and we will be more than happy to help. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We would also be more than willing to answer any questions regarding sizing or the return process.
Processing Returns
Please note that returns may take 2-3 business days to process. Please pack and seal returned items in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. [Name] does not provide shipping labels for returns, and we are not responsible for shipping costs when returning. Shoes must be returned in their box. A restocking fee of $10 will be applied if returned without the original box.
Returnable Condition
Items must be in a returnable condition: free from signs of being worn, washed, or used in any way, with tags still attached. If the product is returned with signs of use, there will be no refund.
